Meet your founding psychologist:

Hi, I’m Ranjot,

Qualified counselling psychologist and trusted mental health partner.

From experiencing generational trauma and cultural family dynamics, to encountering panic attacks after an anaphylactic shock at the age of 18, I’m no stranger to struggling with mental health and anxiety. 

In fact, had I not experienced my own struggles, I wouldn’t be offering the mental health support I do today. 

With a degree in Psychology, a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, and a Certificate in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression,  I spent many years in the NHS before setting up my own practice - due largely to feeling frustrated by the restricted level of care and lack of people oriented approach in the public sector. 

Our mission? To be your mental health partner by delivering evidence-based and tailored mental health support, whilst nurturing the growth and development of future mental health professionals.

What makes us different? My team and I believe everyone should have access to tailored mental health support (with no restriction on session number or therapy type!) so that we can shape a healthier and more resilient society, where mental wellbeing and healing is a top priority.
